- Not Suitable for: Pacemaker Carriers, People with heart conditions, Pregnant Women, Visually Impaired People, Wheelchair Users
- Ten persons at most can take part in the activity.
- Play the game per the football's true rules. To avoid harm, shield your head by donning a helmet.
- Children under the age of eight are not permitted to participate in the activity.
- The outdoor exercise is timed by the hour.
